Toshiba America Business Solutions (TABS) announced today the company's newly launched multifunction copier - e-STUDIO310c - has received a "Highly Recommended - Four Star" rating from the world's leading independent testing lab, Business Equipment Research and Test Laboratories (BERTL™).
