In a strategic move to better serve its customers throughout South Dakota, Southwest Minnesota and Eastern Wyoming, A&B Business Equipment, Inc. has joined forces with Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS) and signed on as an independent dealer of TABS' copiers, network printers, facsimiles and multifunction products. With 10 office locations and an annual growth rate of 40 percent being sustained over each of the past 10 years, A&B exemplifies the high caliber Toshiba looks for when considering a new dealer relationship.

A&B Business Equipment, with no previous relationship with TABS, acquired Advanced Business Concepts (ABC), an existing local TABS dealer based in Mitchell, S.D. in February. The integration of ABC's sales force has made the transition of distributing TABS products virtually seamless for A&B Business Equipment and its customers.

Toshiba's toner plant in Mitchell, S.D. supplies more than 50 percent of all the black and white toner used in the world, with contracts with several other large suppliers of packaging materials for these products.
