Third Annual Study Measures Copier Customers’ Satisfaction In The Areas Of Product, Sales and Service

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS) today announced it ranked second in the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Copier Customer Satisfaction StudySM. The study, now in its third year, measures the satisfaction of business customers with copier/multifunction products based on three factors that define customer experience - product (49 percent), sales (38 percent) and service (13 percent). The 2004 Copier Customer Satisfaction Survey is based on responses from 2,986 decision-makers at small, medium and large businesses in a variety of industries.
