Toshiba Receives Highest Overall Rating and the Most First Place Ratings

Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. (TABS) today announced that its multifunction products (MFPs) have achieved the highest Overall Rating in the Office Products Analyst’s (OPA) Annual End User Multifunctional Product Survey. The survey rates office equipment manufacturers on overall performance and effectiveness in a number of categories. Toshiba MFPs also received the most first place ratings among the categories surveyed.
This year’s survey was based on data compiled from 175 businesses operating a collective 291 MFPs throughout the United States. The categories surveyed included Total Cost of Ownership, Maintenance, Operability, Functionality, Functions and Workstation/Network Compatibility. These categories were divided into several sub-categories, of which TABS ranked first in seven sub-categories, more than any other manufacturer, including Affordability, Ease of Operator Maintenance, Full Service Maintenance Agreement, Cost Per Page, Image Quality, Paper Capacity and Photocopier Capability.
