Toshiba Receives Four Channel’s Choice Awards from Business Technology Association at the 2007 ITEX Show
IRVINE , California ( Mar 22, 2007 ) :
Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS), proudly announced that the Business Technology Association (BTA) awarded TABS with four out of five Channel’s Choice awards – the most of any equipment manufacturer – at the 2007 Imaging Technology Education & Exposition (ITEX) show in Las Vegas. TABS received the top honor, Superior Performance as a Primary Original Equipment Manufacturer, as well as awards for excellence in Corporate Support, Marketing Distribution and Digital Product Line.
"On behalf of the volunteer leadership of the Business Technology Association, I congratulate Toshiba for distinguishing itself among all office technology manufacturers as the winner of four 2007 Channel's Choice Awards," said Brent Hoskins, executive director, BTA. "The BTA Channel has spoken – Toshiba is viewed as the most favorable manufacturer partner by dealers. Certainly, the level of support it provides sets a benchmark for other manufacturers in our industry to pursue."
The Channel’s Choice awards are based on a nationwide survey distributed to a number of independent office technology dealers, designed to recognize the best suppliers in several different performance categories.
“TABS is thrilled to be recognized with the Channel’s Choice award for Superior Performance for eight years now,” said Mark Mathews, vice president, general manager, TABS. “It absolutely is an honor to receive the Channel’s Choice awards, and it underscores TABS’ commitment to producing superior-quality products and services that best meet the customers’ needs – which strengthens our partners’ trust and confidence in promoting our brand.”
This year, BTA received 291 ballots from independent office technology dealers throughout the United States. Results were tabulated on BTA’s behalf by Industry Analysts, Inc.
